•    Within Nairobi and surrounding areas:
Deliveries are typically completed within 1–7 business days after order processing. Same-day or next-day delivery may be arranged for urgent requests, subject to availability and additional charges. 

•    Other regions within Kenya:
Deliveries are generally completed within 2–7  business days, depending on the destination, accessibility of the delivery location, and availability of logistics services. 

•    Remote or hard-to-reach locations:
Delivery timelines may exceed standard estimates due to infrastructure limitations, distance, or reliance on third-party logistics providers. 

•    International deliveries:
Delivery timelines vary significantly based on destination country, shipping method (air or sea freight), customs clearance procedures, and regulatory requirements. Estimated timelines will be communicated to the client at the time of order confirmation.

Factors Affecting Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may be impacted by factors beyond the control of Voltahertz Electrical Limited, including but not limited to:

Risk and Ownership

Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss, damage, or deterioration of goods transfers from Voltahertz Electrical Limited to the client under the following conditions:
•    Upon successful delivery and acceptance of goods by the client or an authorized representative 
•    Upon handover of goods to a third-party logistics provider, courier service, or freight carrier acting on behalf of the client 
Once risk has transferred, the client assumes full responsibility for the goods, including any loss or damage that may occur during transit or after delivery.

must be reported to Voltahertz Electrical Limited within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
Failure to report such issues promptly may result in the claim being declined.

•    Compliance with all local import laws, regulations, and licensing requirements 
•    Obtaining any necessary permits, approvals, or certifications required for importation 
•    Providing accurate and complete delivery, billing, and customs information 
Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays, additional costs, or refusal of shipment.

 

Customs Documentation
Voltahertz Electrical Limited will provide standard export documentation where applicable, including:
•    Commercial invoices 
•    Packing lists 
•    Delivery notes or shipping documentation 
Additional documentation may be provided upon request, subject to availability and applicable requirements.

 

Customs Clearance Process

Delays and Regulatory Issues
Voltahertz Electrical Limited shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or additional costs arising from:
•    Customs inspections, holds, or regulatory reviews 
•    Incomplete, inaccurate, or missing documentation provided by the client 
•    Changes in import/export regulations or trade restrictions 
•    Non-compliance with destination country requirements


Refused, Returned, or Abandoned Shipments
In the event that a shipment is:
•    Refused by the recipient, 
•    Held by customs due to unpaid duties or regulatory non-compliance, or 
•    Returned or abandoned at the destination 
the client shall be responsible for all associated costs, including:
•    Return shipping charges 
•    Storage, handling, or demurrage fees 
•    Administrative and reprocessing costs

Failed Deliveries

Circumstances Leading to Failed Delivery

•    Unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery

•    Failure to pay applicable delivery charges, customs duties, or related fees (where required before delivery) 

Re-Delivery Arrangements
In the event of a failed delivery:
•    Voltahertz Electrical Limited may attempt re-delivery subject to confirmation with the client 
•    Re-delivery will be scheduled based on availability and logistical considerations 
•    Additional delivery charges may apply for each re-delivery attempt 

Additional Costs
The client may be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of failed delivery, including but not limited to:
•    Re-delivery fees 
•    Storage or warehousing charges 
•    Handling or administrative costs 
•    Return shipping charges (where applicable) 

Unclaimed or Abandoned Goods
If goods remain undelivered or unclaimed after reasonable delivery attempts:
•    Voltahertz Electrical Limited reserves the right to return the goods to the point of origin or hold them in storage 
•    Continued storage may attract additional fees 
•    In extreme cases, goods may be treated as abandoned in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies 

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring that:
